The staff gave me a great welcome and were super friendly. My room had a great view. I loved the large, comfy bed and wanted to take the pillows home. The location is convenient. It was a short walk to many places I wanted to visit.

The room service had a delivery fee of €10, which I found a bit much. I would have preferred if this was included in the cost or waived entirely.

The hotel is centrally located. It is very near many attractions. Guests can eliminate a lot of steps to the hotel using the escalator in Rossio station (a local tip!). this makes exploring easy.

i experienced noise due to chairs moving above my room from the restaurant. this occurred during dinner service and after, which disrupted my rest.
